Ana, the staff member, was not only super friendly and helpful but went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the apartment was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and had a private entrance, providing a sense of exclusivity. the convenience of a laundry service that collected and returned our clothes promptly made our stay stress-free. the complimentary WiFi was excellent, which was crucial for my work as a wine producer and expert in Argentinian viticulture. the thoughtful gesture of offering a voucher for the night we missed due to a delayed arrival was incredibly generous and showcased the hotel's exceptional customer service.
